At the invitation of the President of the Portuguese Republic, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, the Grand Duke and Grand Duchess visited the Portuguese Republic from 11 to 12 May They were accompanied by the Minister of Foreign and European Affairs, Jean Asselborn, the Minister for Family Affairs and Integration, Corinne Cahen, the Minister for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Affairs, Minister of the Economy, Franz Fayot, and the Minister of Finance, Yuriko Backes.

Raphael Augusto acquired, Maicon Santos receives green card
D.C. United today announced that the club has signed Brazilian midfielder Raphael Augusto on loan from top-flight Fluminense in Rio de Janeiro. Augusto is a year-old playmaking midfielder who has represented the Brazil U Men’s National Team on multiple occasions. Per club and League policy, the terms of the deal were not disclosed. Augusto will be available for selection pending receipt of his International Transfer Certificate and visa.
"Raphael is a talented midfielder with excellent athletic qualities and great feet," said D.C. United General Manager Dave Kasper. "We are excited about his upside and look forward to getting him integrated into our group."
Augusto was born on March 6, and is currently out on loan from Fluminense to America-RN of the Brazilian Serie B, also of Brazil. During his spell with Fluminense, Augusto has made several appearances with the first team.

Physical Education Classes, Physical Activity, and Sedentary Behavior in Children
Purpose: This study aimed to examine the associations between participation frequency in physical education (PE) classes and objective measures of physical activity (PA) and sedentary behavior (SB) in children from 12 countries at different levels of development.
Methods: This multinational, cross-sectional study included children yr old from sites in Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Colombia, Finland, India, Kenya, Portugal, South Africa, the United Kingdom, and the United States. PA and SB were monitored for seven consecutive days using a waist-worn accelerometer. PA and SB data were presented for weekdays (times in and out of school) and weekend days. Participation frequency in PE classes was determined by questionnaire. Multilevel modeling analyses stratified bygd sex were used.
